Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2, 2026

These terms govern the use of Klymb Studio (“Klymb”, “we”), a service of KLYMB SAS (see the legal notice), available at klymbstudio.com. By creating an account you accept them. If you use Klymb on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

1. The service

Klymb is a platform where brands and agencies run UGC campaigns with independent creators: briefing, video review, messaging, performance tracking and creator payments. Creators use Klymb free of charge and keep 100% of their fees — Klymb takes no commission on creator payments. Klymb's revenue comes from brands and agencies: the platform subscription, the payment fee on creator payments (section 4) and Sourcing by Klymb.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions

4. Creator payments

5. Creator invoices (self-billing)

This section takes effect on October 19, 2026.

Every creator agreement signed on Klymb includes a self-billing mandate: a creator registered as a business authorizes the brand to issue the invoices for their services in the creator’s name and on their behalf (Article 289 I-2 of the French General Tax Code; Article 224 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC). A creator acting as a private individual receives a statement of services instead, which is not an invoice.

When you pay creators through Klymb, you:

Each document is made available to the creator, who can contest it through the platform within 15 days. A corrected document cancels and replaces the contested one; an issued invoice is never deleted.

6. Content

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful, fraudulent or abusive use; no attempts to circumvent payment flows, scrape the platform, probe its security, or access other tenants' data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after notice where practicable.

Genuine views. This paragraph takes effect on November 20, 2026. Views and engagement on campaign videos must be genuine: they may not be bought, or inflated by bots, automated tools or any other artificial means. Brands and creators entrust Klymb with reviewing a video whose views, or the amount depending on them, are unusually high for its campaign. During the review the video is carried over and is not paid. Where Klymb finds, on the evidence available to it, that the views cannot be regarded as genuine, it gives the creator its reasons through the platform, and the video earns nothing: neither its fee, nor any view-based payment, nor any bonus. The brand is not charged for it. The creator may contest this decision by writing to support@klymbstudio.com within 15 days; during that period the video stays carried over, and if Klymb withdraws its decision the video is settled normally. Either party remains free to bring the dispute before the courts (section 11).

8. Third-party services

Klymb integrates Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, video), Supabase (database, EU) and Resend (email). View counts are read from the public link of each published video through ScrapeCreators and Supadata, and through the official APIs of TikTok, Meta and Google when a creator connects an account. These services are governed by their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

9. Availability & liability

We work to keep Klymb available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Klymb's total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 15 days before taking effect. Continuing to use Klymb after that constitutes acceptance.

11. Law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
