Klymb Studio is a platform where brands and agencies run UGC campaigns with independent creators. If something is unclear, broken, or you need anything about your account, write to us — a person reads every message.

Before you write — the answers we give most often

“My Studio is locked.” Your Studio opens once your profile is complete and your account has been verified by our team. Complete every field of your card, then wait for the verification — the app tells you which of the two is pending. You have nothing else to do during verification.

“When am I paid?” A fee is earned when a brand approves your video. Referral rewards are earned when the friend you invited signs up. Both are shown in Gains, and paid out to the bank account you connect through Stripe. No IBAN is ever typed into the app.

“My referred friend doesn’t appear.” The link must be opened before signing up, and the account must be created from that link. If your friend signed up another way, write to us with their handle — we can attach the referral manually.

“I want to delete my account.” You can do it yourself from the app: Profile → Delete my account. Money already earned and not yet paid out stays payable — write to us so we settle it before the account closes.

Reporting a problem in the app

From the app, Profile → Help & contact opens a message pre-filled with your device and app version. That information helps us reproduce a bug, so please keep it in the message.
